  1. Requirements

    1. Interest in trading and extensive experience with crypto.
       
    2. Proactive and efficient work style.
       
    3. Preference given to candidates with crypto communities or social media resources in English, Russian, Hindi, Turkish, Persian, etc.

       
  2. Job Responsibilities

    1. Proactively search for and contact community owners, technical analysts, and KOLs within any community or social media , extending collaboration invitations and fostering partnerships.
    2. Guidance through comments on social media accounts and communities of other exchanges.

       
  3. Compensation and Evaluation
    1. Business volunteers will receive a base salary of 100 USDT per month + 150 USDT performance-based pay. Compensation and rewards from the previous month will be paid by the 5th of each month.
       
    2. Each volunteer must complete at least 20 community owners or KOL invitations daily and leave at least 20 event participation comments in project and exchange social media communities.
       
    3. Complete monthly basic tasks and pass evaluation to earn a fixed 100 USDT salary.
       
    4. Earn an additional 50 USDT for 5 valid monthly referrals.
       
    5. Earn an additional 100 USDT for 6-10 valid monthly referrals.
       
    6. Earn an additional 150 USDT for more than 10 valid monthly referrals.
       
    7. Evaluations are conducted weekly; anyone failing to meet standards for two consecutive weeks will be disqualified.
